After your payment is verified, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Please note that we do not ship any order during the weekends or Holidays. Shipments are sent from one of our facilities in Florida or California. Transit time will vary based on shipping carrier and shipping options.

ZINVO is not responsible for any customs fees for international orders. 

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. We accept returns within 90 days of the date of receipt.  Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging and unworn.  Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process. To check the status of an existing return, or to initialize a return, please contact us.

  • Pre-paid shipping label available for all domestic returns/exchanges.  Email info@zinvowatches.com to initiate your return and receive your label or we can be reached on Facebook Messenger @zinvowatches
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product at Zinvo HQ in Los Angeles. 
  • Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST.
