Great watches. I have bought a few of them now. I had a terrible time with Customer service communication and shipping times. One watch I ordered with a wedding in mind I wanted to have it for. I ordered it with plenty of time and it came late. Like 3 weeks late. I kept it but only because I didn’t want to deal with them in trying to send it back and get my money back.
I have been in contact with the head of the customer service department and she addressed all of my concerns so we will see if they do get them resolved. I’m big on second chances (and thirds) so I can’t write them off just yet but I did easily find that they have had many documented customer service issues for well over a year now. The products are amazing and priced very low for the high quality. I will absolutely be ordering more from them and I hope that I can see a huge turn around with my issues. The woman in customer service was polite and took all my issues into concern. I do think she’s doing her best and personally it sounded like the company might need to get her some more help to deal with the volume. If they don’t give her the people and tools she needs to handle the volume then they are setting up the department for failure.
